Sizzler Deadline, Team Banquet, July Practice Changes

TOPS Summer Sizzler 

The registration deadline for the TOPS Summer Sizzler is TOMORROW!  If you wish to attend this Final regular season meet, please sign up before midnight tomorrow.  The meet information is posted on our website under the event title.

 

Team Banquet on Friday, July 12th

Join us at Wild Game for an end of the year party & presentation of awards.

The sign-up can be found on our Event Calendar.

The cost is $30 per person. Dinner & soft drinks are included. Please commit yes for the swimmer(s) in your family attending and in the comment section note the number of additional family members that will be attending (parents, grandparents, siblings, etc.) The cost of the banquet will be charged at the end of the month to your credit card on file.

No drop offs please - a parent must attend with their swimmer(s).

In the future we hope to be able to pay for this event through the team, but because of our financial situation we cannot do that this year.

Please contact Kathy Hellard if this will be a financial burden for your family and we will work with you so that everyone can attend.

No practice for Category 1

All other groups have regular practice schedule

Friday, July 12th

No Practice All Groups (Team Banquet at Wild Game 5-8pm)

Saturday, July 13th

No Practice All Groups (TOPS Summer Sizzler at DU)

Friday, July 19th

No Senior Practice (LC State Meet)

Category 1 has regular practice schedule

Category 2 and 3 combined from 4:30-6:00pm

Saturday, July 20th

No Senior Practice (LC State Meet)

Category 2 and 3 have regular practice schedule

Friday, July 26th

Last Day of Practice!  

All Hurricanes not attending AG State Champs practice from 4:30-6:00pm

 

Fall Practice Schedule:

As stated a couple of months ago, there is an anticipated change to the EPRD lessons schedule that needs to be confirmed (working on that this week).  Once it is confirmed, we will announce the Fall Practice Schedule along with all important dates for try-outs, start date, and general membership meeting date.  

 

Fall Group Placements:

Through the rest of July, the coaching staff will be having conversations to finalize the group rosters heading into the Fall.  We will announce the group placements of all returning members by the end of July and then once again at the end of August as we near the start of the season!
