Sopris Deep Freeze Invite Recap
We had 58 athletes compete at the meet in Glenwood Springs last weekend.  It was a great opportunity to swim against some different competitors, and our kids' times were dropping faster than the temperatures outside!! Thanks to everyone for making the trip.

Practice Schedule Changes

Be sure to check the December team calendar (either on the website or the paper copy sent home via your swimmers' folders) for schedule changes and "no practice" days.  There are several days in Dec, Jan, and Feb when we have no practice because there is a high school girls' swim meet at our pool.  Also, no practice Dec 3, 4, 11, 24, 25, and 31st.

It is Never Too Late to Become an Official!
Consider supporting our team in this important role.  Many thanks to Kathy Lahr, our lead official, who was in training all weekend at the Sopris meet.  Get in touch with Kathy at kjlahr@yahoo.com to learn more about this terrific opportunity to become more involved in your kid's sport.

Happy Thanksgiving!
