Leaving for summer?  If your swimmer will not be practicing with the team over the summer but wishes to return in September, you need to pay a $50 "retainer fee" to hold his/her space on the team.  Come registration time in September, this $50 will be credited toward your registration fees.  Please notify Coach Jeff of your intentions asap if you haven't already done so.

Summer Fees:  Those swimmers who have paid all their annual and family fees will only have to pay monthly dues and meet fees for June and July.  The summer fee schedule for swimmers joining after May 18 is posted on the website.

You can find the order form for team tshirts on the website under the "Forms" tab.  The design for the Summer 2009 tshirt is in the works - orders will be taken in mid-May - watch your swimmer's folder for the order form.

to get involved in the workings of the team!

We are a volunteer-based organization and cannot be successful without the efforts of our members.  We are looking for parent volunteers to join the 2009-10 Board of Directors which will be seated in September.  Specifically we need to fill the roles of Vice President; Treasurer; and an at-large position.  Come to the next Board Meeting on Monday, May 18, 6:30-8:00pm, to see what these jobs entail.  If you can't commit to a board position, think about becoming an official, or taking on another volunteer role such as concessions coordinator for home meets.  Speak with Susan McDonald or Kathy Lahr if you are interested.

The Board has extended the deadline for applications until May 31.  All information is available under "Financial Aid" on the website.
