SUMMER SWIM REGISTRATION STILL NOT COMPLETE FOR ALL FAMILIES If your swimmer was a member of the team prior to the summer that DOES NOT mean they are automatically registered for the summer (June/July) session. There are still a few families who have not officially signed up. Please be sure you register through the team website www.evergreenswimteam.org on the JOIN THE TEAM PAGE.


CUDA/STARS MEET GETS THE SUMMER OFF TO A GREAT START The meet was loads of fun at a wonderful venue. Everyone did well. Congratulations to Maggie McDonald who recieved an award for being in the top point scoring girls of her age group. Thank you to all those that participated in the MACS MEET - Great job!

TEAM TRAVEL MEET The kids need to be at Evergreen HS parking lot by 10:20AM the morning of Thursday, June 14th for the Grand Junction Trip. Pack light. Bring at least 3 team t-shirts, team suit & cap, training suit, pants/shorts and closed toed shoes that can get wet for rafting trip. All breakfasts are provided. Send money for lunches & snacks & possibly some dinners. Many dinners may be catered & will be billed to your account. Arrival home is Monday, June 18th approximately 7PM. For those not traveling with the team, there is no regular practice Thursday through Monday.

Long Course State: Air Force Academy
The long course state meet will be held July 26-29 in Colorado Springs at the US Air Force Academy. The team has reserved a block of rooms for the state meet at the Homewood Suites by Hilton Colorado Springs North, 9130 Explorer Drive. Call (719)265-6600 and ask for the Evergreen Swim Team rate which includes breakfast. If your swimmer has qualified or is close to qualifying, please reserve your room now. The room block will only be held until June 24. 


OUR VERY OWN LEXIE MALAZDREWICZ IS OFF TO COMPETE AT THE OLYMPIC TRIALS IN THE 200 BACK. SHE SWIMS ON SATURDAY JUNE 30TH. The trials are at the CenturyLink Center in Omaha Nebraska from June 25-July2. Some team members will be going to cheer her on. There will also be some events televised on NBC. GOOD LUCK LEXIE!!!
