Hurricanes March in EHS Homecoming Parade!
Over 35 swimmers joined Coach Jeff last Saturday to march in the Evergreen High School Homecoming Parade.  Many thanks to the Urban family for providing the truck and trailer.  It was a warm and sunny afternoon and everyone had a great time blowing bubbles and handing out candy.  We had the most participants of any group there, and showed our team spirit to the community in the new green "GREATNESS" tshirts.

Changes in Practice Schedule

Dryland Training Underway
We started dryland training in October, and are pleased to introduce two new faces who are helping Coach Jeff with the development of the dryland regimen for this year. Stephanie Hath and Jared Davis will be working with Coach Jeff at dryland sessions for Categories 4 & 5 on Mondays and Thursdays.  Dryland training is important for swimmers in order to prevent injury and enhance core strength.  The program for our athletes is focused on performance optimization, proper training techniques, and muscle balance.

Dr. Stephanie Hath and Dr. Jared Davis are the husband and wife team at Bergen Village Chiropractic. Jared’s specialty is in Sports Chiropractic and he completed his Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP) training at the U.S. Olympic Training Center.
