BOD Elections are Just Around the Corner...
We hold elections for the board of directors in July.  We are looking for two people to stand for election as Vice President and an At-Large member.  Board members usually serve for two years; the Vice President moves to the President's position in the second year of service. Talk to any board member to find out what is involved - we need your assistance to keep the team running smoothly!

Is Your Child Swimming Tired?
We are in the early stage of the long course season, and swimmers are working hard on their strokes and getting used to racing longer distances.  Here is an article on swimming tired that may help families understand why the hard practices and swimming meets without tapering now will pay off in meets later in the season.
